Shine Away Cleaning Services

Services

Everything we do, and exactly what's in it.

No packages with hidden edges. Each service below lists what the schedule of works covers as standard — anything else, ask and we'll price it in.

End of tenancy cleaning

Who it's for Letting agents, landlords, build-to-rent operators and outgoing tenants

End of tenancy cleaning

Property returned to check-in condition, ready for the inventory clerk.

The turnaround clean that decides whether a deposit is returned and how quickly a unit re-lets. We work to the inventory schedule, top to bottom, and hand back a property that stands up to a clerk's inspection.

  • Kitchen throughout — oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, cupboards inside and out
  • Bathrooms descaled — sanitary ware, tiling, grout, screens and mirrors
  • All floors vacuumed, mopped and edges detailed
  • Windows cleaned inside, sills, frames and tracks
  • Skirting, doors, frames, switches, sockets and radiators
  • Wardrobes, drawers and storage cleared and wiped inside
  • Cobwebs, light fittings and vents
  • Rubbish and leftover items removed on request
Deep cleaning

Who it's for Homes, HMOs, holiday lets and any site starting a new contract

Deep cleaning

The reset for anything that regular cleaning no longer touches.

A full strip-back for properties that have been let go, are changing hands, or need a reset before a schedule starts. We get into the places a weekly clean never reaches — behind appliances, inside units, up at ceiling level.

  • Behind and beneath appliances and heavy furniture
  • Full oven strip and degrease, including racks and door glass
  • Limescale removal from all sanitary ware and tiling
  • Kitchen units cleaned inside and degreased outside
  • High-level dusting — coving, ceilings, light fittings, extractors
  • Upholstery and mattress treatment on request
  • Carpet and hard-floor machine cleaning on request
Office cleaning

Who it's for Offices, studios, co-working spaces and serviced buildings

Office cleaning

Scheduled contracts that run before you arrive or after you leave.

A regular team who learn your building — same faces, a written schedule, and a named contact who answers the phone. Daily, weekly or a pattern that fits how your office actually runs.

  • Desks, meeting rooms and shared surfaces
  • Washrooms cleaned, sanitised and restocked
  • Kitchens, breakout areas and appliances
  • Floors — vacuumed, mopped or machine cleaned
  • Waste and recycling collected and separated
  • Reception, glass and touch points
  • Consumables managed and reordered
  • Out-of-hours and key-holding available
Commercial cleaning

Who it's for Retail, hospitality, healthcare, managing agents and developers

Commercial cleaning

Trained crews for sites where cleaning has to fit around the work.

Retail units, communal areas, gyms, salons, clinics and developments in handover. We plan around your opening hours and site rules, and we turn up with the right method statement for the building.

  • Sparkle and builders' cleans on handover
  • Communal areas, stairwells, lifts and bin stores
  • Retail floors, glazing and front of house
  • Washroom and hygiene servicing
  • Periodic deep cleans alongside a daily schedule
  • COSHH-compliant products and method statements
  • Reactive call-outs when something goes wrong
Domestic cleaning

Who it's for Houses, flats and apartments

Domestic cleaning

A regular clean, done properly, by someone you've met before.

Weekly or fortnightly cleaning with a consistent cleaner and a schedule you set. Nothing rushed, nothing skipped, and the same standard whether or not you're home.

  • Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and sanitised
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
  • Dusting, surfaces and touch points
  • Beds changed and laundry on request
  • Interior windows and glass
  • Your own schedule — tell us what matters most
  • Same cleaner each visit wherever possible
Removals & clearance

Who it's for Tenants moving on, landlords with a property to empty, offices relocating

Removals & clearance

Move it, clear it, then clean what's left behind.

House and office moves, single-item collections, and full clearances of properties left with furniture and rubbish in them. Booked alongside a clean it's one visit, one team, one invoice.

  • Home and office removals, packed or unpacked
  • Full property and garden clearance
  • Furniture, white goods and bulky item collection
  • Loft, garage and storage clear-outs
  • Licensed waste transfer with a documented trail
  • Reusable items passed to charity where we can
  • Clean booked straight after the clearance

Before you book

The questions we get asked most.

How is a quote worked out?

On the size and condition of the property and the schedule of works it needs — not on an hourly rate. You get one fixed figure before we start, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something extra. Tell us the postcode, the number of bedrooms or the floor area, and the state it's in, and that's usually enough.

Do I need to be there?

No. Most of our end-of-tenancy work is done on keys collected from an agent or a key safe. Tell us the access arrangement when you book and we'll confirm it in writing.

What if the inventory clerk isn't satisfied?

Send us the report. If it flags something that was on our schedule and we missed it, we return and put it right at no charge. That's what the sign-off record is for — it shows what was checked and when.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, everything — machines, materials and consumables — unless you'd rather we used something specific on your floors or surfaces. On contract sites we can store equipment on-site if there's somewhere secure.

Can you clean outside working hours?

For offices and commercial sites that's usually the point. Early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight are all normal for us, and key-holding can be arranged.

Can removals and cleaning be booked together?

Yes, and it's usually cheaper and faster than two suppliers. We clear the property, then the cleaning team goes straight in. One booking, one invoice, one point of contact.

Next step

Send us the property details.

We'll come back within one working day with a fixed price and the schedule of works attached, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
