Anyone can send a team to a property. What decides whether a unit re-lets on time is what happens in the last twenty minutes — so we made that part of the job, not an extra.
- A written schedule of works goes out with the quote, so nothing is assumed.
- A supervisor walks the property against that schedule before the team leaves.
- You get the record, marked line by line, with the date and who attended.
- If the inventory clerk flags something we missed, we return and put it right.

A trained team arrives with everything they need and works through the schedule, not the clock.

Checked and signed off
A supervisor inspects against the schedule before we leave. You get the record. If anything's missed, we return.
